Add a new layer named “Star”, the use the brush star (You can download at the top of this tutorial). Draw like that Erase some area that’s not important. Step 3. Add a new layer named “Star 2”. Select this brush with the size is 180px. Choose color: #ffcf8e. Then press P, use pen tool Right click, select Stoke Path Click OK. Then, Right click again and select delete Path. Step 4. Choose color #ffe1b8, use the brush with another size and draw Step 5. Repeat step 3 with white color (#ffffff) Step 6. Add a new layer named “Colors”, use the brush: Draw something like this (whatever colors you like and place it wherever you want) Then, choose Filter/ Blur/ Motion Blur Change the layer’s blend mode to Color Burn. Step 7. Add a new layer named “Light”. Press D until the foreground’s color is black. Alt+ Backspace to fill the layer. Then choose Filter/ Render/ Lens Flare Change its blend mode to Color Dodge. Then, drag and rotate it until it’s in the right place. Done, we have the final |
