Okie, today, I will show you an effect... boom your action by star brushes. I don't know how I can explain, just look the final

It made from the original

Step 1. Open the original photo:

Step 2. Add a new layer named “Star”, the use the brush star (You can download at the top of this tutorial).

Draw like that

Erase some area that’s not important.

Step 3. Add a new layer named “Star 2”. Select this brush with the size is 180px.

Choose color: #ffcf8e. Then press P, use pen tool

Right click, select Stoke Path

Click OK. Then, Right click again and select delete Path.

Step 4. Choose color #ffe1b8, use the brush with another size and draw

Step 5. Repeat step 3 with white color (#ffffff)

Step 6. Add a new layer named “Colors”, use the brush:

Draw something like this (whatever colors you like and place it wherever you want)

Then, choose Filter/ Blur/ Motion Blur

Change the layer’s blend mode to Color Burn.

Step 7. Add a new layer named “Light”. Press D until the foreground’s color is black. Alt+ Backspace to fill the layer. Then choose Filter/ Render/ Lens Flare

Change its blend mode to Color Dodge. Then, drag and rotate it until it’s in the right place. Done, we have the final
